Big rooms with coffee and views to mountains, as example, liked it. The hotel's location was marvellous, very close to bus station passing through major tourist attractions and grocery stores and other restaurants...

Good mountain views from the room. Convenient store nearby for quick snacks. The hotel is close to the main attractions.
There are no nearby shops or restaurants, so be ready to walk uphill or take the bus to find a place to eat. Buffet breakfast is expensive and limited choices are available if you arrive late.

The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet with lots of tasty options to choose from. the hotel also had spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. there was a convenient shuttle service that provided easy access to the city.
The price was quite high for the city break, and additional fees for the onsen seemed unnecessary. the air conditioning was not reliable and sometimes did not work effectively.
